We do not have custom base plates for a 1964 Pontiac Le Mans but I may have a solution for you. The first thing you ware going to want to do is consult the Le Mans owner's manual. It might not have a towing section in it but you will wan to check anyway.

While we have a potential option for you, we only have hitch models that fit the Safari model of 1980 Pontiac Le Mans Wagon.
